At this time, all refunds are frozen. Please consult with the venue from which you purchased your tickets on their specific refund policy.

I already bought my tickets. Will they be valid on the new dates?

Yes, all previously purchased tickets will be transferred and valid on the new dates.

My child is under 18 and wants to be a part of the VIP Experience. Do I, as a parent, have to purchase a VIP ticket as well?

Yes, in order to attend the VIP Experience you must have a valid ticket.
